Bug Report: ChatGPT freezing / slowing
`Steps to Reproduce`

I've been heavily using chatgpt, the memory was full, I deleted things since, but since it hit full memory it's been freezing, and slowing down, I know it's openai only because everything else on my pc runs fine, it's just openai

`Expected Result`

slow processing from openai,freezing

`Actual Result`

Chatgpt / openai froze after I asked i posted a photo and asked it to help fill out the customize gpt boxes itself to best fit what gpt thinks of itself to let it try and build it's own personality and it completed it's task, lagged while doing it, then froze completely.

I'm on Windows 11 using google chrome browser
