Bug Report: Unable to get ChatGPT Plus because it’s linked to a deleted account
`Steps to Reproduce`

I had an account on ChatGPT that had plus in it, I later deleted that account after a while I came back to ChatGPT and made a new account and whenever I tried to get Plus again a message popped up saying that it was linked to another account. The one I deleted

`Expected Result`

I expected that I would get Plus on my new account

`Actual Result`

I didn’t get ChatGPT Plus on new account

iPhone 15 Pro, Mobile app (Version 1.2025.196), MacBook Air, Website, Safari
