Billing Failed- Update popup appeared on desktop APP (MAC)- clicked link to pay the bill (normally $60 GPT Plus)-The payment was stuck on upgrade to Team
Emails said I was at deadline (so I upgraded) $$Paid
and Now I cant access my original space
BTW- Now both accounts seem to have the same creds.As it wasnt clear what was happening.
It made it seem like there was some update (per the popup) and the clarity of what was changing or not changing from before made the process very unclear. Ive paid
To have access to my chats. To not be upsold and locked on a stripe page- when its unclear through an app update pop-up. To have billing that is consecutive listed by month on my account summary. The dates are fragmented when I view from my email links- its like I have 2 accounts with same email -
I have no access to my original chat history (deactivated) and I am paying 2 subscriptions . with 0 data now.
