Bug Report: Playground Audio File is an HTML Shell

`Steps to Reproduce`

https://platform.openai.com/audio/tts

Playground, Text To Speech, Download the Generated Audio File.

`Expected Result`

MP3 or WAV file with the voice audio.

`Actual Result`

MP3 or WAV file.
File is downloaded with that extension, but when opening it in Notepad you can see it is a HTML Shell file.

Windows 10, Chrome 138.0.7204.100, Location Norway
