Bug Report: Unable to add files after upgrading plan

`Steps to Reproduce`

I reached my limit for adding files within a chat and ultimately decided I would upgrade my plan to a ChatGPT Plus Subscription.

`Expected Result`

After I paid and my account was changed, I didn't regain the ability to add files. Initially, I figured maybe it was a cooldown of sorts, since I was told before I upgraded that I wouldn't be able to add files until late the next day.

`Actual Result`

Unfortunatley, it's been three days, and I'm still unable to add any files. When hovering over the greyed-out button, I only get the text "Add files disabled for" without any date and time when the ability will be functional.

I'm getting the same thing. Any solution?

No luck so far. I tried using my chrome browser to get around it and I get the same problem.
