Bug Report: Unable to use Voice Recording if Text is in Field
`Steps to Reproduce`

If there is any text already in the chat field, the microphone to record voice to text is missing.

`Expected Result`

We used to be able to, and should be able to, type and use voice or upload continuous voice memos in one chat field.

`Actual Result`

You have to delete all text from the chat field in order to record anything
