Bug Report: ChatGPT Citation Error

`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask ChatGPT in the iOS app with web search enabled a question.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT should never leave () empty when citing something.

`Actual Result`

Citation errors.
Example:
ChatGPT makes this citation error when using the web:
The game had a bumpy start with bugs/bugs leading to PS Store removal in 2020–21, but has since been transformed by major patches (2.0 in 2023, now 2.3) and glowing community praise ().

It just writes () without citing anything.

Using GPT-4.1.

That's not specific to iOS. It's been like that for a long time, from all models, on all platforms.

But +1 for this being a bug, irritation, and something that should be fixed.
