Bug Report: ChatGPT app for Desktop is very laggy

`Steps to Reproduce`

1. Download ChatGPT from Microsoft store
2. Log in
3. Use it

`Expected Result`

Working as good and as fast as the web version

`Actual Result`

A lot of times where i have to exit the whole app and start it again for a chat to load, sometimes when the chatbot outputs i have to completely restart the app for me to see the output
