Bug Report: "Stuck on ‘You can only generate 1 image or video at a time’"

`Steps to Reproduce`

Open Sora in browser (e.g., Chrome).

Submit a prompt for video generation.

Wait for generation to complete or cancel it manually.

Try to submit a new prompt.

Get error: "You can only generate 1 image or video at a time" — even though no generation is visible or running.

I tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different browser — the error still appears.

`Expected Result`

After completing or cancelling a previous generation, I should be able to submit a new prompt without receiving the “You can only generate 1 image or video at a time” message — unless a task is actually running.

The system should accurately detect when no generation is active and allow a new task to begin.

`Actual Result`

Sora displays the message “You can only generate 1 image or video at a time” even though no video or image generation is visible or active. I’m unable to start any new prompt.

The issue persists across sessions, even after refreshing, logging out, or using another browser.

It's the same on my end for the past week. Just generic troubleshooting steps that do not work. Including "there may be an issue with your network connection". Which there isn't. I'm also experiencing an issue with not being able to delete images as they keep popping back up. So I'm just giving up until they get it together.

Yeah on my side they want a HAR file recorded from chrome ... its clearly a problme on their side or they just lie to have more power to generate for the SORA2 tests... sounds pretty much like a scam to me...
