Bug Report: ChatGPT Operator issues
`Steps to Reproduce`

Just run any prompts, it will stop after 30 to 45 seconds. Issue has persist for at least a few days and not been resolved. It will show “something went wrong”.

`Expected Result`

It should complete the task

`Actual Result`

Running any prompts with Operator should complete the task.

Windows 11, Chrome and Edge
