Bug Report: ChatGPT incorrectly says these two algebraic expressions are not equivalent
`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask ChatGPT: "1+sqrt(4x^2+4)/(4(4x^2+4)) = 1+1/(4sqrt(4x^2+4)), right?"

`Expected Result`

The expressions are equivalent, so it should say yes.

`Actual Result`

I tried with both GPT-4o and GPT-4.1, and in both cases it says the expressions are not equivalent. Often it misinterprets the left hand side as having the "1+" in the numerator, when really it is outside of the quotient.
