I designed a Custom GPT that takes a document and extracts its essence, essentially creating a synthesis of the content. However, when trying to share this Custom GPT with others, I get a message saying that it is not allowed because my instructions promote hatred and violence. I analyzed thoroughly every word of the instructions without finding anything connected with the suggested topics. I have tried repeatedly to contact support to resolve this issue without any response. The virtual assistant suggests I can submit a case review request, but there is no button, and it doesn’t appear anywhere. So far, all I've received are automated responses, and I have been unable to reach a human who can apply common sense to the situation. The instructions I’m working with consists of guidelines for the GPT to analyze a paper, which could be on any topic, like chemistry or engineering. I’m extremely perplexed by how the classification system could be so flawed. Any help on how to contact a human or resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
