Bug Report: o3 pro doesnt use conversational chat memory
`Steps to Reproduce`

start one thread about a topic with o3 pro, start up another chat and ask it to reference the previous chat, and it cant.

`Expected Result`

o3 pro should use conversational memory just like o3 and o4 mini high do referencing previous chat sessions and the topics therein

`Actual Result`

o3 pro doesnt generate replies using conversational memory

gpt 5 is coming soon so its probably null void, i would iamgine gpt 5 will use as much reasoning as needed and then use memory anyway
