Unable to generate due to stuck render session

Hi Sora Support,

I keep seeing “You can only generate 1 image or video at a time,” but I'm not currently generating anything. I’ve tried logging out, incognito mode, clearing cache, force quitting, and switching devices. The issue remains on all platforms.

Can you please check my account and clear any stuck generation session on your backend?

Image generation in ChatGPT5 on the web is taking a very long time and never finishes. I can only see the final result by opening the Gallery, so I'm switching to Gemini 3 with Nano Banana Pro.
