Bug Report: Unable to submit new prompts to Sora
`Steps to Reproduce`

Cancel a job. Submit another job.

`Expected Result`

First job canceled. New job resolved.

`Actual Result`

New job rejected with message "You can only generate one video or image at a time. Upgrade to generate more images or videos at the same time."

`Environment`

Mobile and windows 11, Chrome

I am having the same issue. It says I can only generate 2 images/videos at a time, but I'm not generating anything. This happens in multiple browsers and devices, even after clearing cache

I am using Safari, Chrome, Brave... Macbook, iPhone.. you name it, it doesn't work

Additional - I logged out of all devices - when I logged into Sora afterward, I got the message "Task not found". Didn't change anything, but confirmed that it thinks there's a "ghost task" in the queue.

same here! I just deleted my recent works, and it looked like working noramlly, but then when I generate the images, loading takes forever. it is not even starting.
