Bug Report: Can not generate image, even with nothing in the queue
`Steps to Reproduce`

Generate 1 image. Then let it finished! make sure there is no image/video being generated after. Then try genereting a second image.

`Expected Result`

Should generate the second image

`Actual Result`

Getting the error: "can only generate image 1 at a time" i dont have any image generation running.

`Environment`

Chrome, other browsers too,on both ios, and android. even macos
