Bug Report: When editing a message, you can't scroll to the bottom if it's too long

`Steps to Reproduce`

Send a very long message or script
try to edit it
try to go to the bottom using the side scroll thing to go down
it won't reach the last line, you'll have to use the arrow key down to see any other line

`Expected Result`

you should be able to use the side scroll thingy to go to the bottom of a message you want to edit

`Actual Result`

it either stops at the line just before the last one or before
