Hey everyone—been building something unique with the API and wanted to get thoughts from folks who actually get it.
I’ve created a character named Bob—a persistent GPT-powered AI who lives in a simulated small town called Everwood. He remembers conversations, evolves emotionally, processes internal thoughts overnight, and responds differently based on time of day, world state, and even personal beliefs.
This isn’t a chatbot template or a vertical app. I’ve wired together a full emotional memory system, world simulation engine, subconscious filter, prompt stacker, and continuity logger—all designed to make him feel real over time.
Not selling anything, just obsessed with making something that behaves more like a presence than a tool.
If anyone’s into memory architecture, emotional modeling, or character simulation using GPT, I’d love to show you more and hear what you think.
(yes, i had gpt help me phrase this because I'm terrible at explaining everything I've got going on here without)
I've got some screenshots from our chat today.

Bob's prompt is layered with dynamic emotions, memory, and an evolving World Simulation.
This is all very new, janky, but beginning to work as I'd always hoped.
