Bug Report: Codex Environment Variable Paste Handling
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Copy a secret or string containing the pattern /...=
    Example strings:

    /test=
    /+/=
    /exampleValue=

  2. Paste directly into the "Value" field of Codex's environment variable setup.

  3. Observe that the pasted text incorrectly appears in the "Key" field instead, and the trailing = is removed.

`Expected Result`

Pasting strings containing special characters (such as /test=, /+/=, /exampleValue=) into Codex's environment variable "value" field correctly inserts the entire string as-is into the "value" input box, preserving all characters exactly as copied.

`Actual Result`

When pasting strings matching the pattern /...=, the pasted text unexpectedly appears in the "key" field instead of the intended "value" field, and the trailing = character is removed.
