Bug Report: Unable to View More Than 10 Projects in ChatGPT UI — "See All" projects Missing
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open the ChatGPT official client (desktop, web, or mobile).
  2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar where projects are listed.
  3. Attempt to scroll or locate a “See All” option at the bottom of the projects list.
  4. Only the 5 most recently accessed projects are visible, and only 5 more in the "...See more" popup, for a total of 10
  5. Attempt to access https://chat.openai.com/projects — it redirects to homepage.
`Expected Result`

I expected to see all my projects listed in the sidebar or to be able to click a “See All” link to view and manage my complete project list. This functionality existed before and was essential for users with many projects.

`Actual Result`

Only the 10 most recently accessed projects are visible in both the desktop, web, and mobile UI. The “See All” link is missing, and there is no scroll, pagination, or other UI control to access older projects. Visiting https://chat.openai.com/projects redirects to the homepage. This change breaks the ability to manage or switch between older projects unless I remember a specific chat name to search for.

`Environment`

Windows 11 Desktop Client, Web client in Chrome, mobile client on Android

The projects and content are still available. The "Search chats" feature can still find content in chats and projects that are not in the most recent 10 projects. It's just the Projects UI that's missing the ability to list all projects and navigate to them directly.

And logging out and logging back in (on the Windows client, Web client, and Android Mobile client) did not change anything.
