Bug Report: DALLE returns text instead of generating an image
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open a chat session with DALLE image generation enabled.
  2. Enter a prompt requesting an image generation.
  3. Submit the prompt.
`Expected Result`

DALLE should respond by generating and displaying an image according to the provided prompt.

`Actual Result`

DALLE provides a text-based response instead of generating and displaying the requested image.

Windows 11, Chrome/Firefox

The DALLE chat responds with above contents instead of generating images using DALLE as expected. One of the images show DALLE is not enabled in the environment, which is perhaps the root cause (the chat environment cannot detect the tool somehow)

I know it still works via the API, but if openai decides to retire it, it would be awesome if they would opensource it!!

intergration of dalle in chtgpt is best. like bfr..i m even ready to pay more for using this service

Guys seems like at least mine is back again. Perhaps we could try again to see if DALLE is back for everyone.
