Bug Report: DALL·E Image Generation Feature Unavailable in ChatGPT

`Steps to Reproduce`

Log in to your ChatGPT account (web or app).

Start a new Dalle chat from GPTs

Attempt to generate an image using a DALL·E prompt (e.g., “A Kerala style man walking on a Kerala road, Pixar style, 16:9”).

Observe if the image generation feature (DALL·E icon or button) is visible or functional.

If available, try submitting the prompt to generate an image.

`Expected Result`

Upon submitting a prompt, an AI-generated image should appear in the chat as a response

`Actual Result`

Submitting an image generation prompt does not produce an image.

No error message or feedback is provided, or a message states that DALL·E is unavailable.

The DALLE chat responds with above contents instead of generating images using DALLE as expected. One of the images show DALLE is not enabled in the environment, which is perhaps the root cause (the chat environment cannot detect the tool somehow)
