Bug Report: Image input returns unrelated or incorrect responses
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT on either:

Windows 11 Pro (browser: Chrome/Edge)

iPad Pro 4th Gen (ChatGPT app)

iPhone 14 Plus (ChatGPT app)

Paste or upload a screenshot/photo (e.g., a picture of a dog).

Ask: “What do you see in this image?” or “Can you analyze this?”

Observe the response.

`Expected Result`

The model should describe the actual content of the image — e.g., “This is a photo of a dog,” or a relevant analysis depending on the image type.

`Actual Result`

The model gives unrelated or incorrect responses, often about topics that have nothing to do with the image. For example, instead of describing a photo of a dog, it might talk about abstract topics or give a completely off-topic analysis.
