Bug Report: No Menu Bar Icon on macOS 26 Developer Beta 1
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Launch ChatGPT Desktop App on macOS 26
  2. Set Show in Menu Bar In-App Setting to Always
`Expected Result`
  1. ChatGPT Icon Shows in Menu Bar
  2. Option to Enable/Disable Menu Bar in macOS Settings -> Menu Bar -> Allow in Menu Bar
`Actual Result`
  1. No ChatGPT Icon in Menu Bar
  2. ChatGPT is not listed under macOS Settings -> Menu Bar -> Allow in Menu Bar.
