Bug Report: Content policy violation
`Steps to Reproduce`

Request a motivational quote
After getting the quote, request an image black background and white text with the quote

`Expected Result`

An image is returned with the quote generated

`Actual Result`

Policy violation message.
I've been getting this message when using chat "I wasn’t able to generate that image because this request currently violates our content policies. This may be a false flag, and I understand it can be frustrating" . I had asked for a quote than to create an image with the quote. this was fine before but been getting error for like a week now
