Bug Report: Freezing, lost conversations, "too many concurrent requests" pop-ups

`Steps to Reproduce`

The model became unresponsive; did reboot and the conversation had not been recorded past the initial greeting

`Expected Result`

Expected to continue conversation

`Actual Result`

Got a box that said, "Too many concurrent requests" with a <1/2> at the bottom. I clicked on the arrow to see <2/2> and it was a long explanation from a different conversation.

I'm having the same issue, but it's happening with all of my requests. From 2:30 AM EST to now. Some of them are barely squeeking by.
