Bug Report: Windows up not updating a new project created in parallel on the web front.
`Steps to Reproduce`
I created a new project in the web interface of ChatGPT. Then I moved over to another laptop and wanted to continue working on this project on this laptop via the ChatGPT Windows app. I found no way to update the list of new projects, and the newly created project did not automatically appear in this list.
`Expected Result`
I would expect that either on the left side the project list is continuously automatically updated, such that new created projects in another interface also appear on other interfaces, or that there is an update button which you can use to trigger the update process to make new projects appear if they are still missing.
`Actual Result`
Actually, you need to end the ChatGPT app, restart it, and hope for the best that it appears, or simply go on the same PC to the web interface and continue to work in the web interface and leave your Windows app alone.

I'm using Windows 11 and Windows 10 and the latest ChatGPT Windows app.
