Support refuses to help me because they see a different account logged in. The account they see logged in was a previous account of mine. They are separate accounts. I cancelled the old account, and started fresh with the new account.

I send example after example of proof showing that I am logged in as ai@#####.com account
When I log in to help.openai.com using ai@#####.com, support should see that I am logged in as that account, not a different account.
When I log in to help.openai.com using ai@#####.com, support sees me logged in as a different account and email address.
Windows 11, incognito mode; also iOS Safari, private browsing mode.
