Bug Report: Unknown Error When Uploading Files

`Steps to Reproduce`

Upload a file on either MacOS or Web Browser through any of the ways it is possible (e.g., drag and drop, hitting the plus and uploading a file from your desktop)

`Expected Result`

The file uploads and ChatGPT can read the context

`Actual Result`

I'm simply uploading a file, both on the browser and on the MacOS app, and I get a "Unable to Index File" error on the MacOS app and an Unknown Error when using the Browser

What's the file type? What's the extension (probably doesn't apply on Mac).

Is the content text, markdown, HTML, PDF, image, video?

ive been getting this error too much myself. mainly text blob uploads.

Same here, error uploading .txt, .md, not .tex tho. It's been 3 hours

Direct paste into composer → raw terminal blob → composer tries to process/serialize/auto-convert → something breaks → unknown error / stream interrupted.
