Bug Report: GPT kind of empty and not responding

`Steps to Reproduce`

ChatGPT not generating replies to prompts (or simply not showing the reply);
ChatGPT not showing any history whatsoever for any past chat or project;
ChatGPT not being able to logout (I click logout and nothing happens).

Interesting enough, on my iphone app everyting is still working fine. I tried killing the process on the laptop and restarting the lapton but nothing seems to fix it.

I expect the opposite of what is currently happening and described above.

I have exactly the same problem actually now in Chat GPT 4.0. I can ask a question via prompt, and nothing happens - sometimes you get an error that there are network problems, or that you should try again. But you can try again as often as you want - there is no response any anyhow, so simply not reacting anymore. What kind of evidence do you want? Cannot share link on no response at all. On the top of the screenshot, you see the end of the prompt. You see that it's the second in the row exactly the same, and then blank screen no response.

In case it helps, I can explain here also that it's in ChatGPT windows app that I have this problem. I will try it also on the web browser side now.

I can confirm on Google Chrome, the browser version seems to work. Obviously, it is a problem with the Windows app.

Same issue here! have you gotten a resolution yet?

it works fine on web or mobile however the windows app is having some issues displaying the response from chat gpt

For the record i have tried

ending from task manager
terminate, repair, and reset app
reinstall app
deleted file cache from the local app data
etc

All of which still not working

+Sfc Scannow, repairing windows sytem files etc not helping
+Graphic drivers in on a latest version

mmm same issue on my end as well, it was fine until I restarted the app to refresh and begin a new session just a few minutes ago... the web version is still working at least.

It was working fine the whole morning (CET). In the afternoon it stopped working somehow… anyone cane help?

I just reset the app and it is now working, it may have been a desync coinciding with the updates.

Anyone facing a login issue as well now on web? cannot login the web chatgpt now even hahah, tried resetting browser also failed

Though it works on Edge, so i guess thats a workaround for now

Agreed, while it was temporarily working again for me, it is behaving exactly as described again. (codex rollout initiated issue, only works in web browser, all messages and project states are server side fine, the lack of gpt response render appears only in app layer.)
