Bug Report: Canvas update not immediately available to model
`Steps to Reproduce`

I have canvas open with code in a project. I changed the code and asked about a specific variable. It doesn't see the change but hallucinates a response as though it does.

`Expected Result`

Context should be updated and available to the model immediately after any canvas change (and the progress icon has stopped).

`Actual Result`

Makes up a response for the immediate prompt but has a correct response if immediately re-prompted - not with an edited/branched prompt but with a new prompt.

Change a canvas doc, watch the progress icon imply that a change is being made.
As about that change.
The model hallucinates a response (as I've been testing it's been making up a bunch of numbers). This is despite a project instructions directive to not make up details and to say it doesn't have information when that is the case.
I've been changing the canvas, editing the request for semver, and the resubmitting the edited message ( for example, now currently using 9/9 ).
Each submission of that single prompt/branch returns an incorrect response.
But (I believe) a new prompt always comes back with the correct response.
