Has anyone seen cases where a custom GPT fails to extract all valid entries from a document on the first try, but works after asking again for a full scan? For example, entries in the format:
{A3}: example text here #
…are sometimes missed initially but get picked up after reprompting. Is this a known issue or related to prompt setup?
