Bug Report: Loss of System Instructions Mid-Thread
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Set custom behavior using “Custom Instructions” or the personalization box (e.g., tone, formatting, branding guidelines).
    2. Begin a detailed project (e.g., brand audit, script development, legal draft, etc.).
    3. After 5–7 turns, ask for a refinement or continuation.
`Expected Result`

Model should retain and apply the original user customization (e.g., no em-dashes, no bot-speak, branding tone, layered logic structure)

`Actual Result`

Response tone resets to generic AI voice, starts reintroducing em-dashes, removes your brand language, or offers basic/robotic responses. The QA framework (CoT, Least→Most, Brutal Honesty, etc.) is ignored unless re-prompted manually.
