Bug Report: Random text and icons when citing files
`Steps to Reproduce`

open GPT (O3 in my case), use the canva function, attach some files and let chatGPT mention them as references inside the canva.

`Expected Result`

the clickable badge with the file reference

`Actual Result`

3 icons (a star, a loop and a message) with the text fileciteturn2file3 . instead of the '3' there will be a number related to what chatgpt is trying to mention in the file, i guess.
