Bug Report: Sora Image Generation is Terrible. Not following prompt
`Steps to Reproduce`

Sora is unable to duplicate previous prompts at the same level of quality from previous runs.

`Expected Result`

Prompt adherence and text adherence is about 20%

`Actual Result`

Low quality output, not following prompt, even in "High Quality" mode via API. Same goes for Sora image generation and GPT 4o image generation.
