Bug Report: Older iOS devices can't create new ChatGPT account
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use iPad v5.8 or similar. At chatgpt.com, go to create new account.

`Expected Result`

User-friendly message that the browser and/or device needs to be more current.

`Actual Result`

HTTP error 400 from auth server indicates malformed request. Not helpful to non-technical user.

iPad v5.x, Safari and Chrome

An HTTP server error to an end user is poor UX. When this happens to someone who is trying to buy the product it becomes a fundamental business issue.

Tell the user what's wrong. This is known by the server.

Or adapt to accommodate (some common) older devices and don't offer services that cannot be delivered to older devices.
