Bug Report: Unable to Change Video Resolution and Access Plan Settings
`Steps to Reproduce`
I’ve been experiencing with the platform. I’m currently unable to change the video resolution, and when I try to view or manage my plan, I receive the message: "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes."
Despite waiting and trying several times, the issue persists. I'm unsure what might be causing this problem.
`Expected Result`
Be able to change the video resolution and see the plan on website.
`Actual Result`
It showed "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." But I did tried but still cant.
