Bug Report: unexpected image generation with feedback whenever I say “picture it text only”
`Steps to Reproduce`

Whenever I say “picture it text only” it starts generating an image even though I wanted text and it says “you’re giving feedback on a new version of ChatGPT” and I click the send to stop the image on mobile

`Expected Result`

It still generates images whenever I say “picture it text only”

`Actual Result`

I stop the image from generating
