Bug Report: ChatGPT Plus stays active 8 days after failed payment and cancellation

`Steps to Reproduce`

Let a Plus renewal payment fail.

After a few days cancel the subscription.

Notice it still shows "Cancels [next month's date]" and Plus features remain active.

`Expected Result`

Plus features stop working as soon as the renewal fails or the subscription is canceled.

`Actual Result`

Even 8 days after the failed payment and cancellation, the subscription remains valid through the next month and all Plus features still work.
