Bug Report: Unable to enable Codex MFA
`Steps to Reproduce`

I login to Chatgpt through my Google account -> settings -> security -> enable mfa

`Expected Result`

It enables mfa so I can use Codex

`Actual Result`

It just redirects me back to the chat without enabling mfa. I can't use Codex
