Bug Report: ChatGPT's Android app has gone wrong for me.
`Steps to Reproduce`

If you type a prompt A, and the model generates a response B, and then you change the prompt to C.

`Expected Result`

The model should forget A and B and directly use the previous conversation and C to output the response.

`Actual Result`

It still remembers A and B, as if I did not modify the input but sent a new input. When I terminate the app from the background and re-enter, the whole conversation exactly becomes the previous conversation - A-B-C-D.
