Bug Report: Export Data does not save all chats
`Steps to Reproduce`

User / Settings / Data Controls / Export Data / Export

`Expected Result`

Download link received via email, zip file extracted, complete chat history with all conversation data present.

`Actual Result`

Download link received via email, zip file extracted, INCOMPLETE Chat history is available, chats are missing.

`Environment`

Windows 10 latest update, Chrome Browser latest, ChatGPT App latest, IOS App latest,

It appears as if the export has saved more data now.
Time of latest data export was approx. 16:55 PST and it looks like it contains the latest chat conversations as expected.

Previous complete backup was 2025.05.10-1510 PST, and then every data export starting today at 13:40 PST was missing chat threads until 16:55 PST.

Not sure if there was any major issue, but it looks as if it works for now.
