Bug Report: Refusal to let me change password.
`Steps to Reproduce`

So i dont know password to one acc. i clicked forgot password to create new and just be safe. but then i got this error.

`Expected Result`

It would let me change password and access account.

`Actual Result`

It showed this 404 screen with code.
