Bug Report: Sora Video Gen - UI Fault
`Steps to Reproduce`

Enter prompt to create video and add an image. Start generation. Once done, click on the media set, click edit prompt and remove the image (X button).

`Expected Result`

Previously supplied image should be removed.

`Actual Result`

Previously supplied image appears to get removed at first, but actually does not and will be used in generation again. Editing the prompt after, the image will still be there.

Windows 10, Chrome Browser
