Bug Report: Cross chat bug
`Steps to Reproduce`

I created a prompt. Tested it in a chat. Then I added a COR section to test if it might be better with it and ran that prompt. Then I opened a new chat to test the original prompt that didn't have the COR section. When I ran it, it responded with the COR response. I deleted that window, opened a new one, and it did the same thing.

`Expected Result`

I expected ChatGPT to run the prompt as I put it in - not think I wanted something I used before. Not all chats will want the same thinking or voice. Please fix this.

`Actual Result`

I just got two more cross chat responses. I was testing a prompt in one chat using COR prompting. Then I opened a new chat to test the prompt without it and the new window responded with a COR response. I asked why, it said I had previously asked about it so it used it. I said stop. I opened another window to try again, and it did the same thing. It's not saved in memory anywhere but this cross chat "feature" is really screwing things up.

`Environment`

MacOS, Firefox, Desktop
