Bug Report: Tasks and reminder suddenly impossible

`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask it to create a reminder/task

`Expected Result`

It says it doesn't have the capability.

`Actual Result`

Just like before the task and reminder updates, it sends you help to create them on your own via apps or scheduling platforms. Note: it worked amazingly well for about a week and a half. Suddenly fails on all models.

Hello, currently you can schedule tasks with o3 and o4-mini: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/10291617-scheduled-tasks-in-chatgpt and you can manage existing tasks here: https://chatgpt.com/tasks. I can't tell from the screenshots, but have you tested in either of those models yet? Seems to be working on my end.
