Bug Report: Voice Input Fails - Web
`Steps to Reproduce`
Very often when I’m on web, I’ll use the voice stt option and speak for a few minutes at a time. Upon submission, it looks like the message is processed, but never populates. It just shows a blank space and with the x and checkmark. Hitting the checkmark results in no change, only can I hit cancel.
`Expected Result`
The voice message processes and populates in the text box
`Actual Result`
The voice message is submitted, the send button shows the rotating icon as if it were processing, it completes and shows the checkmark, but does not insert the converted text. Hitting the checkmark does nothing only than am I able to hit the X button which cancels the message.
