Bug Report: ChatGPT does not stream response any more
`Steps to Reproduce`

Go to chatgpt.com and start a new chat. I use the default 4o model.
Ask it to write a 500 words fiction.

`Expected Result`

It should stream the response (i.e. show it word by word when outputting response like a real person).

`Actual Result`

But now, it will wait for a very long time and only show the final results in one go.
