Bug Report: Not a policy violation
`Steps to Reproduce`

Requested an image depicting an old ship near a water fall.

`Expected Result`

I expect the image I described.

`Actual Result`

Image not generated. Response indicated my prompt contained policy violation(s). Chat GPT could not specify the policy violated. I think it's wrong.

I've run into this before. It would be really helpful if the actual policy that was violated would be provided, so the prompt can be fixed. As it is, I assume it's because I used the word "violent." However, it's a freaking LLM and is supposed to understand context, which means a "violent waterfall" should not be a problem.
