Bug Report: Memory not used in o3 or o4, but in 4o and 4.5o (Pro)
`Steps to Reproduce`

ask a question regarding something specific in memory.
4o, 4.5o, o3, o4-mini, o4-mini-high, 4o-mini

`Expected Result`

The model refers to the stored memory

`Actual Result`

the o3 and o4 models start thinking, state that they don't know what I'm referring to, start researching, and never reach the correct result.
the 4o and 4.5o models access it without issues.

same with storing, although I did not test it as thoroughly.

`Environment`

Windows 11, Chrome. but obviously not a client issue.

was it even for me to solve? it felt like a bug on the openai side. nobody ever responded, so I guess I moved on 🤷‍♂️

What were you expecting? that I file a bug report and then proceed to fix it myself? It's not like I have access to the source code 🤷‍♂️
